Eating a meal is often a difficult task in our house, especially when we take dinner outside to enjoy the evening; there are so many more distractions that come up; bugs, critters, the dog, anything… so I’ve resorted to strapping the girls down so that they have no choice but to eat before continuing to play. Some days it works, some days it doesn’t. Being strapped down didn’t bother Elliot on this night – she was determined to play whether she had a chair stuck to her butt or not …
